European logistics investor Tritax EuroBox has acquired a newly developed warehouse in the Netherlands.
Located in the prime logistics location of Breda and comprising 46,185 m2, Tritax paid €50.3m for the asset, at a yield of 4.6%.
The building is fitted with LED lighting and solar panels and is expected to achieve the ´Very Good´ BREEAM certification.
The property comes with potential for letting unoccupied units.
This is Tritax´s first acquisition in the Netherlands and its eleventh in total.
