Tristan Capital Partners and Timeless Investments have disposed of part of the former Generali portfolio in the Netherlands in a €26 mln deal with Nedstede Groep.
The sale comprises two office buildings and a number of retail assets in grade A locations in Amsterdam. Dutch-based Nedstede Groep said it aimed to grow its existing portfolio to a volume of €50-€60 mln within a year.
Tristan purchased the €212 mln Dutch portfolio formerly managed by Generali Real Estate in September for its Episo 4 value-add/ opportunity-style fund. The 39 assets included 21 retail properties, 10 offices and 321 residential units, 80% located in the Randstad conurbation.
Tristan was advised on the sale by Houthoff Buruma, while Spring Real Estate and Fort Advocaten acted for Nedstede Groep.
