Pan-European real estate investment manager Tristan Capital Partners has appointed Adam Smith as a director of client relations, with particular responsibility for developing the firm's relationships with investors in the Middle East and Asia- Pacific markets.
Pan-European real estate investment manager Tristan Capital Partners has appointed Adam Smith as a director of client relations, with particular responsibility for developing the firm's relationships with investors in the Middle East and Asia- Pacific markets.
Smith joins Tristan after eight years with The Townsend Group, a real estate adviser and investment manager overseeing more than $100 bn in property allocations.
He reports to Monica O' Neill, Tristan's head of client relations and marketing. O’Neill said: 'His appointment comes at a particularly apt time, as we've just completed a successful EUR 420 mln capital raise for our core-plus fund, CCPIII, which broadened the Tristan client base into Asia.'
