Hungarian property developer-investor Trigranit has sold its Millennium Gate scheme in Budapest to Dutch-registered International Medical Centers for an undisclosed amount.
Hungarian property developer-investor Trigranit has sold its Millennium Gate scheme in Budapest to Dutch-registered International Medical Centers for an undisclosed amount.
The project was part of Trigranit's €500 mln Millennium City Center, which the company has been developing over the past 14 years, comprising 360,000 m2 of space and including the Palace of Arts, five Millennium Tower office buildings and over 300 luxury residential apartments.
International Medical Centers is expected to complete the construction of two Millennium towers and fit them out in order to provide healthcare services.
'We are proud of the fact that in just over a decade we have created a modern, prestigious district on the river bank in the heart of Budapest,' said Trigranit's CEO Árpád Török.
In 2011, Trigranit also sold an office tower in Millennium City Center to K&H Group, which is currently using it as its own headquarters. In the same year, Heitman also acquired a 74% share in Millennium Towers I, II and III, as well as building H.
