The contract was signed between Trigranit Laniste and a consortium of six international banks: Intesa Sanpaolo, Erste Group AG, Hypo Investment Bank, Cassa di Risparmio della Repubblica di San Marino, MKB Bank Zrt. and CIB Bank Zrt.The deal guarantees the full realisation of the building of one of the largest and most modern shopping-entertainment centres in the region.

The shopping-entertainment centre Arena Centar, to be opened at the end of 2010, is valued at EUR 244 mln and covers an area of 175,000 m2.

The centre will incorporate 10 anchor stores, more than 200 other stores including Austria's Spar, a 10,000 m2 hypermarket, café bars and restaurants and a nine-screen multiplex cinema. Arena Centar will also be Europe’s first such complex adapted for persons with special needs
