Hungarian developer TriGranit Development Corporation said on Thursday it had opened its latest office development in the Sklovak capital Bratislava. The Lakeside Park phase 1, offers around 25,000 m2 of lettable space, plus over 500 parking places. Total investment in the project will be EUR 44 mln.
The building is located in the capital city’s new business district, Bratislava-Nové Mesto, which already houses the Slovakian corporate headquarters of international companies like IBM, TMobile, CSOB Poistovna, Samsung and others, all housed in TriGranit's Millennium Towers I and II. Lakeside Park’s first tenants will be Danisco and Nike.
'This first phase of Lakeside Park raises the bar in Slovakia as it is the most advanced office tower built in this country; it is not only technically exceptional it also provides superior comfort to its occupants,' said Steven Demers, Development Director in Slovakia.
Once complete, the Lakeside Park complex will offer total office and retail spaces of 90,000 m2. The full project is due for completion in 2013.
