CEE-focused developer and investor TriGranit has appointed Tamás Páldi (pictured) as human resources director and Mariusz Domeracki as finance director for Poland.
Páldi will be responsible for TriGranit’s full scope of HR activities, including manpower management, compensation & benefits and labour relations across all of the company's offices.
Domeracki is joining the firm's Poland office, as director of all financial functions on a country level.
'Backed with the new owner, we started to restructure the company a year ago. Since the acquisition, TriGranit is on a growing path with a vision to build one of the largest integrated real estate platform in the CE region,' commented Árpád Török, chief executive officer of TriGranit. 'In line with our strategic aims, we decided to strengthen our HR activities with an HR director. As for our Finance Team in Poland, Mr Domeracki joined us due to restructuring in the team.'
