French developer Transimmeubles said on Monday that it has won a public tender to redevelop the headquarters of French bank Crédit Coopératif in Nanterre, France.
The builder teamed up with architectural firm Calq Architecture for the design of the new project, which will comprise 22,000 m2 of high-quality environment (HQE) certified office space. The redevelopment of the building is part of the Seine Arche urban regeneration plan for the French city, the company said in a statement.
