Topland Group has hired Andrew Davey from Aviva Investors to help drive the UK private investor's post-Brexit real estate investment strategy.
Davey has been a fund manager at Aviva investors for nine years and joins Topland in an acquisition role, working on the expansion of the group’s commercial property portfolio across all sectors.
Mark Kingston, managing director of Topland Group, said: ‘He joins at a time when we have substantial capital to deploy and his arrival is a demonstration of our continued belief in the real estate market post-Brexit.’
