Topland hires Sanderson as it looks to deploy 'significant' war chest

UK privately held real estate group Topland has hired David Sanderson as acquisition manager.

Sanderson's appointment comes at 'an exciting time' as the group has built up a considerable war chest from disposals last year to be invested in 2016, the company said in a statement.

He joins from Trust Estates where he specialised in property investment and development. Previously he had a number of similar roles at global work space provider Regus.

Mark Kingston, managing director of Topland Group said: 'We have substantial capital to deploy and we will be looking for value-add opportunities across the UK in all sectors. David will be a valuable addition to the team in helping us identify acquisition opportunities.'
