Quadrant Estates, the London-based property developer-investor, has appointed Toby Pentecost as an associate director.

Quadrant Estates, the London-based property developer-investor, has appointed Toby Pentecost as an associate director.

Pentecost joins from the City of London office of chartered surveyor firm Montagu Evans, where he worked for four years. He was with Colliers International prior to Montagu Evans.

At Quadrant Pentecost will work alongside managing directors and co-founders Tristram Gethin and Christopher Daniel, together with directors Alexander Newport and Graham Tyler.

Quadrant Estates and its partners are currently developing three major projects in the City; the 21,300 m2 Moorgate Exchange on Fore Street, the 9,290 m2 100 Cheapside and the 12,000 m2 Carmelite building, and the former Daily Mail HQ on Victoria Embankment.

Quadrant's partners are The City of London, Carval Investors, MGPA and Orion Capital Managers.
