Tishman Speyer has purchased Tour CBX in La Défense from Dexia. Designed by the firm Kohn Pedersen Fox, the iconic building includes 41,000 m² of offices and services over 31 storeys.
Tishman Speyer had built Tour CBX and sold it to Dexia on its delivery in 2005. The current deal is a sale and leaseback operation, whereby Dexia will remain tenant of more than 50% of the building with a new, long-term lease.
