New York-based real estate investor Time Equities has purchased seven properties in the Netherlands from Internos Global Investors for $26.5 mln (€24.7 mln).
The assets comprise a combined 35,314 m2 and have an average occupancy rate of 68%. They are located at:

Velperweg 35, Arnhem,
Vlerbaan 20-70, Capelle aan den Ijssel
Nevelgaarde 8-19, Nieuwegein
Vreeswijksestraatweg 22, Nieuwegein
Burgemeester Burgerslaan 40, Rosmalen
Stationsplein 4-6, Voorburg
The deal follows the acquisition of the 11-building DAF portfolio, also from Internos, for €24 mln in February 2016.
Time Equities recently appointed John Schepens as the firm’s asset management and acquisition advisor for the firm’s Netherlands portfolio.
