European asset manager Tikehau IM has acquired the I Petali di Reggio shopping centre in the Central Italian city of Reggio Emilia from CBRE Global Investors' CBRE Italian Retail Fund.
European asset manager Tikehau IM has acquired the I Petali di Reggio shopping centre in the Central Italian city of Reggio Emilia from CBRE Global Investors' CBRE Italian Retail Fund.
The asset was acquired on behalf of the Tikehau Italian Retail Fund I for around €87 mln.
Opened in 2007, the mall provides 27,900 m2 of space over 59 stores and boasts an occupancy rate of 99%. The centre attracts around 4 million visitors a year.
JLL advised the vendor on the deal.
