Paris based Tikehau Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of a shopping centre in Turin, Italy for €65 mln from consortium San Sisto.

Tikehau scores Juve stadium mall for €65m

Tikehau acted as the lead investor in the deal alongside major Italian and international institutional investors.

The Area 12 shopping centre, located at the new Juventus football stadium, comprises around 30,000 m2 of space and is anchored by a Conad hypermarket.

The vendor of the asset, San Sisto, is controlled by majority shareholder Nordiconad, alongside shareholders CMB and Unieco.

Nordiconad remains the owners of the hypermarket area of the shopping sentre and said it would collaborate with Tikehau to further develop the centre.
