Tikehau Capital, the alternative asset management and investment group, has appointed Edoardo Crotta as director of Real Estate in Italy.
Crotta will report to Luca Bucelli, head of Italy, and to Frédéric Jariel and Pierre Vaquier, co-heads of Real Estate. He will be responsible for developing the firm’s Real Estate investments in Italy, thus strengthening Tikehau Capital’s origination and execution platform in the country.
He joins from Tristan Capital Partners where he was director Real Estate Investments since 2012, focusing on origination of real estate investments in Italy. Before that, he held various positions as an investment specialist at GE Capital in Paris, Carlyle Group in Milan and BNP Paribas Asset Management in Paris.
Tikehau Capital opened its office in Milan in 2015 and currently employs 14 people across its Real Estate, Private Equity and Private Debt strategies.
