Tikehau Capital and Quest Capital are investing €52 mln in a redevelopment project to transform the former La Vie shopping center.
Cushman & Wakefield and JLL have been jointly appointed as exclusive agents for the commercialization of the Heart of Porto (HOP) project.
The HOP project is a transformative development spanning approximately 30,000 m2, featuring 15,700 m2 of office space, 8,440 m2 of retail space, and 416 covered parking spaces. The office floors offer a flexible modular layout and a wide range of amenities, including a rooftop bar, private outdoor area, auditorium, 24/7 security, café, locker rooms, and gym.

The development incorporates eco-friendly features, including certified wood, natural and artificial plants, electric vehicle charging points, and an upgraded air conditioning system. HOP is committed to achieving LEED, WELL, and WiredScore certifications and will comply with EU Taxonomy standards.
HOP is located in the heart of Porto, near Rua de Santa Catarina, Mercado do Bolhão, Rivoli Theatre, and Ribeira. The project is well-connected to public transportation, with a metro station at its entrance and 90 bicycle parking spaces.
