TIAA Henderson Real Estate has appointed Erik Lennhammar as senior portfolio manager in Sweden.
Lennhammar, who will report to Johan Åström, head of investment for Sweden, will be based in TH Real Estate’s Stockholm office.
He will take responsibility for TH Real Estate’s assets across the Nordic region, including its shopping centres in Eskilstuna and Örebro. Lennhammar joins from Steen & Strøm, part of Klépierre, where he was a development director in Sweden.
His appointment follows the recent hiring of Linus Nilsson as a real estate analyst and portfolio manager, also based in the Stockholm office.
