German steelmaker ThyssenKrupp has sold the Dreischeibenhaus portfolio and its current head office in Düsseldorf to a consortium of real estate investors comprising Deutsche Bank's RREEF Global Opportunities Fund II, Harder & Partner, Hockenheim and Habacker Holding.

The commercial portfolio includes 25 properties, mainly offices located in Germany's Ruhr region. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed, but daily The Financial Times Deutschland hinted at a selling price of EUR 250 mln. ThyssenKrupp said the disposal of its Düsseldorf HQ follows the decision to move its head office to Essen, western Germany.
