Thriving Investments, formerly known as PfP Capital, has announced the appointment of Adam Tutka to the newly created role of director of Capital Markets.
Tutka will be responsible for expanding Thriving Investment’s social impact product range and growing the current £0.7 bn of funds under management.
Based in London, he will leverage his capital markets experience to help further diversify Thriving Investment’s institutional client base, alongside supporting the current senior leadership team in growing Thriving Investments footprint and shaping the strategic direction of the business, including the launch of new products.
He brings over 12 years of real estate experience within the fund management and private equity space, during which time he has played a key role in amassing and managing over £5 bn of AUM for a mix of institutional investors, ranging from Local Government Pension Funds through to sovereign wealth funds. He joins Thriving Investments from Greystar where he was senior director overseeing UK and European growth funds under management within the living sector, having previously held senior roles at Artisan Real Estate Investors and Corona Real Estate Partners. He started his career as a financial analyst.
