Thriving Investments secures €117m equity from USS for PRS strategy

Living sector specialist Thriving Investments has secured a further £100 mln (€117 mln) of equity from pension provider Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS), for its flagship private rented sector (PRS) strategy.
