Its thirteenth investment is Spain is in "Villa Betania" located in the region of Catalonia, and will be added to the firm’s TSC Fund - Eurocare IV investment vehicle.

The new asset comprises two buildings with 2,422 m2 and 1,667 m2 of leasable area and 78 private beds.

Beka Pipia, portfolio manager, said: ‘We are glad to announce our 13th acquisition in Spain, which brings the total number of care beds managed by Threestones Capital in the country to 1,413, for a total market value of around €97 mln.’
