Thor Logis Europe, an affiliate of Thor Equities Group, has inked a long-term lease with leading industrial cleaning company, OXY 2KM for 3,056 m2 at its debut French logistics asset in Villeneuve la Garenne.
Located in Levallois Perret, 36 avenue 8 mai 1945, the property is situated 4 km from Paris in the premier Villeneuve la Garenne submarket and provides access to Paris and the A86 beltway.
Thor entered the French logistics market with the acquisition of this asset in June.

Thor has been aggressively building its European logistics portfolio and acquired over a dozen assets in 2021 and signed notable leases.
In August, Thor signed a long-term lease with leading logistics operator, MoldtransGroup, at strategically located asset in Barcelona.
Thor is currently developing three speculative logistics properties in Madrid totalling 30,000 m2, one of which was pre-let to Grupo Prodesco.
In addition, Thor has also acquired three new assets in the past few months, including a warehouse leased to Amazon in Galicia in the north-west of the country, and two assets in Barcelona´s prime logistic area, in the municipalities of Montcada i Reixac and El Prat de Llobregat.
