Thor Equities has appointed Ara Adjennian to oversee the expansion of the New York-based investor's European real estate portfolio.
Thor Equities has appointed Ara Adjennian to oversee the expansion of the New York-based investor's European real estate portfolio.
He will be responsible for leading Thor's Paris office and overseeing the investor's expansion throughout Europe including planned acquisitions in France, Spain, Italy and Germany.
Adjennian has over 13 years of experience in asset and fund management in the European commercial property market.
He was previously retail director for France at real estate fund manager TH Real Estate, completing a number of major transactions throughout Europe. He also managed the retail assets of funds invested in France, Switzerland and Belgium.
Prior to joining TH Real Estate, Adjennian was an investment and asset manager at HSBC REIM, responsible for investments for SCPI Elysees and HSBC Insurance. He was also an asset and property manager with Cushman & Wakefield in France, managing a portfolio worth more than €1 bn.
