Global real estate specialist Thor Equities has completed the acquisition of a €75 mln mixed-use building in Madrid from New York-based Angelo Gordon.
The 5,000 m2 building is located in 30 Gran Vía, the main street in the centre of the city. It consists of 1,300 m2 of retail, mostly let to Spanish fashion chain Sfera.
The deal was advised by Savills Agurre Newman.
