Thomas Beyerle, managing director of Catella property valuation, head of group research and head of strategy & communications at Catella Real Estate, has announced his resignation.
He plans to depart the company for personal reasons on 31 December 2024, Catella said in a statement on Thursday.
Since assuming the role of managing director of Catella's property valuation activities in July 2014, Beyerle has overseen the establishment of the group's research department.
Over the past decade, he has been a prominent representative of the Catella Group at significant real estate industry events, delivering keynotes, lectures, and participating in panel discussions.
Timo Nurminen, head of investment management at Catella, commented: ‘We respect Prof. Dr. Beyerle's wish to leave our company. During his many years with the group, he has made a very valuable contribution to the further development and positioning of our Group in the financial and real estate sector.’
