The Netherlands' Bouwinvest makes Canada debut with residential strategy

Dutch institutional investment manager Bouwinvest Real Estate Investors has entered the Canadian market through a joint venture with Woodbourne Capital  to invest C$125 mln (€85 mln) in well-located multifamily developments in the rapidly evolving residential rental sector.
