Dansky joins the client solutions team, led by executive director John Duckworth, where he will be responsible for growing partnership opportunities with landlords and other owners and operators of property assets.

The Instant Group’s partnerships business was launched earlier this year and is led by PWC’s former Global Real Estate Leader, Craig Hughes, with the objective of supporting landlords, operators and hoteliers to evolve their operations to match the increased demand for flex space with more supply.

John Duckworth, executive director of the partnerships business, at The Instant Group, comments: 'Mark’s impressive experience and innovative thinking around modern workspace solutions are the perfect fit for The Instant Group as we further develop our partnerships business.

'We are uniquely positioned to support landlords and other space providers in capturing the growing market opportunity for flexible workspace. By leveraging our market-leading platform for flexible workspace demand and with expertise such as Mark’s, we are enabling landlords and other partners to diversify and scale their solutions in line with rapidly evolving occupier requirements.'

Dansky will work with landlords in finding flexible solutions for their assets during a time of unprecedented change in occupier demand.

He has nearly two decades’ experience working in capital markets in investment agencies, asset management and other leadership roles across the UK commercial real estate industry.

Said Dansky: 'I'm delighted to be a part of The Instant Group’s Partnership business. It's an exciting organisation at the forefront of reimagining the workplace, where placing the customer’s needs first and fostering innovation in real estate are priorities.

'I'm looking forward to using my experience and critical thinking to support landlords, asset managers and investors as we collaborate in developing and carrying out strategies to deliver futureproofed workplaces.'

The Instant Group recently invested in CoworkIntel, a flexible workspace data and analytics platform based in the US and Spain.
