Macdonald has joined Dot from FTSE 100 St James’s Place, bringing over 20 years’ experience in global leadership development.

Macdonald's focus will include developing a global learning and performance strategy for Dot’s businesses, creating innovative solutions to develop and attract talent.

Prior to joining Dot, Macdonald has held key leadership positions at businesses including St James’s Place, L’Oréal, Expedia, and Apple.She will be based in the UK.

Her experience includes technology-led programmes, AI and innovative solutions designed to enhance, upskill, and develop Dot’s talent across the Group as it positions itself for long-term growth.
