TIAA Henderson Real Estate has sold the Höchstädtplatz 1-3 office building in Vienna on behalf of Warburg-Henderson's Austrian fund Österreich Fonds Nr. 1.

TIAA Henderson Real Estate has sold the Höchstädtplatz 1-3 office building in Vienna on behalf of Warburg-Henderson's Austrian fund Österreich Fonds Nr. 1.

The buyer is a private investor. Financial details were not disclosed.

Höchstädtplatz 1-3 was built in the 1950s and refurbished in the 1990s. It is located in the 20th district of Vienna and comprises 7,450 m2 of offices, 5,890 m2 of retail and 107 parking spaces.

Warburg-Henderson Österreich Fonds Nr. 1 acquired the asset in 2005 and the sale is part of the fund’s divestment phase. The remaining portfolio consists of two office properties and four retail properties.
