TH Real Estate has appointed Jeroen Winkelman as managing director of its London-based Client Capital Group.
TH Real Estate has appointed Jeroen Winkelman as managing director of its London-based Client Capital Group.
Winkelman, who has more than 30 years of real estate experience, will be responsible for distributing TH Real Estate's global products to third-party clients.
Prior to joining TH Real Estate Winkelman spent more than 10 years with Dutch investment manager Bouwinvest, most recently in the international real estate investment team. His responsibilties included managing a €1 bn multi-sector real portfolio.
Winkelman also sat on Bouwinvest's global investment committee, advising on all the firm’s direct and indirect real estate investments and dispositions, as well as several investor advisory boards and committees.
