Anthony Butler, head of European investment for TIAA’s General Account, will be leaving TIAA Henderson Real Estate (TH Real Estate) at the end of the year, the company announced on Monday.
Anthony Butler, head of European investment for TIAA’s General Account, will be leaving TIAA Henderson Real Estate (TH Real Estate) at the end of the year, the company announced on Monday.
TH Real Estate has yet to decide on a replacement, according to a company spokesperson.
Prior to joining TIAA-CREF in 2009, Butler was founding principal of Artisan Investment Management, a private equity real estate investment manager.
He was previously European head of asset management for MGPA, overseeing acquisitions and the management of opportunistic investments. He was also UK head of asset management for RREEF, responsible for investment management of core/core plus and value-add/opportunistic investments.
