Global real estate investment manager TH Real Estate has appointed María Valverde as asset manager at the company's office in Madrid.
With a background in retail asset management, Valverde previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield and Multi Development.
'Maria’s appointment will be a driver for TH Real Estate’s business in the Iberian market and demonstrates the company’s commitment to working with the top talent,' commented Marta Cladera de Codina, head of Iberia.
TH Real Estate’s Madrid office manages a portfolio worth over €1.5 bn, comprising seven shopping centres in Spain and Portugal (Islazul, Nassica and Bulevar Getafe in Madrid, Nervión Plaza in Seville, L’Aljub in Elche, Miramar in Malaga and Norte Shopping in Oporto), two retail parks in Spain (Miramar in Fuengirola and Meixueiro in Vigo) and a logistics platform in Madrid.
In Spain, TH Real Estate also has a joint venture with Neinver, which manages four retail outlets in Spain: Viladecans The Style Outlets, Las Rozas The Style Outlets and Getafe The Style Outlets, San Sebastian de los Reyes The Style Outlets.
