She will assume the role from Jon Di-Stefano who has served as the firm’s CEO since 2011 and in late 2021, announced his intention to step-down.

Kavanagh joins Telford Homes, which has been part of global real estate developer and investor Trammell Crow Company since 2019, from Germany-based global real assets investment manager, Patrizia, where she served as board member and Chief Investment Officer, where, under her leadership, the firm grew to manage more than €55 bn in real assets.

She also oversaw key acquisitions and all investment activities for the firm, including Patrizia’s key fund management strategies. Prior to joining Patrizia in 2017, she held leadership roles at AXA Real Assets, Lazard, Cambridge Place Investment Management and JLL.

‘Anne is the ideal leader for the Telford Homes business, with a truly impressive track record in transforming and growing global businesses, working closely with investors and occupiers and driving diversity and sustainability,’ said David Neuman, head of Trammell Crow Company’s European Operations. ‘Our vision is to continue delivering first-class sustainable build-to-rent homes throughout London and expanding our footprint geographically, using our unique ability to transform spaces into sustainable communities.’

‘With one of the most impressive track records in sustainability among UK housebuilders, Telford Homes is a trailblazer in London’s multifamily build to rent developer sector,’ added Kavanagh. ‘I look forward to leading a great company with a strong pipeline of projects with an ambitious and motivated team and the backing of Trammell Crow Company.’
