Nordic listed business park owner Technopolis has acquired a further 30% stake in the Fornebu campus in Oslo from one of its minority shareholders, Koksa Eiendom, for NOK 238 mln (€25.5 mln).
Following the deal, Technopolis will hold an 81% interest in the campus, while Finnish pension fund Ilmarinen will hold a 19% stake.
Technopolis bought the campus jointly with IT Fornebu Properties in 2013. They spent €220 mln to buy the multi-tenant campus in the greater Oslo region.
The campus is located in the Fornebu area six kilometers west of Oslo CBD in the Baerum municipality. The property consists of two new buildings and one fully refurbished property, all of which are served by an underground parking facility with 1,200 spaces. The campus has total rentable area of 70,500 m2.
