Finnish property company Technopolis has closed the acquisition of the Kista Front office complex in Stockholm from Atrium Ljungberg in a share deal worth SEK 805 mln (€79 mln).
Totalling over 44,500 m2, the Kista Front complex is home to several ICT, technology, and telecommunications companies. Technopolis plans to bring its hybrid workspace solution to the complex, according to CEO Niko Pulli.
