Dutch property group TCN has sold the Oudlaen office complex in the Dutch city of Utrecht to a consortium of investors including Parkstaete Groep, Woudstaete Groep, Evergoed, Emroy Holding and Ervaron Holding. The financial details of this transaction were not disclosed.
Dutch property group TCN has sold the Oudlaen office complex in the Dutch city of Utrecht to a consortium of investors including Parkstaete Groep, Woudstaete Groep, Evergoed, Emroy Holding and Ervaron Holding. The financial details of this transaction were not disclosed.
The Oudlaen property provides some 14,000 m2 of floor space in central Utrecht. The complex is let to around 20 tenants specialised in healthcare. TCN bought the scheme in 2006 and it has since actively managed the building and increased its occupancy rate.
