Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has secured the building permit for a 132,185 m2 site in Neuruppin, near Berlin in Germany.
The site is part of TCC’s plan to create a new logistics park called Core Temnitzpark in Neuruppin. The building permit for the development of the site BF36 follows that of the site BF33 in October 2022.
On the two sites together, TCC will be able to develop Class A logistics space of up to 94.100 m2 of logistics warehouse space. Site BF36 allows a total GLA of 52,934 m2. The multi-unit warehouse premises will be able to accommodate up to five tenants and space for 164 car parking spaces and 16 truck parking spaces.
The site is suited for a multi-tenant or build-to-suit development and can be delivered within 12 months.
Mario Sander, head of German & Austrian logistics at Trammell Crow Company, said: 'We are proud to have received the second building permit at Core Temnitzpark. The location is characterised by its strategically valuable position in the greater Berlin area, thus benefitting from excellent access to the German capital and at an important point in the crossroads of Europe. We look forward to delivering best-in-class industrial and logistics space.'
