Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a global developer and investor in commercial real estate, has appointed Christian Tretiak as director of business development, Claudia Matz as senior planning manager, and Maximillan Moser as senior development manager.

Both Moser and Tretiak will report to Mario Sander, head of German and Austrian Logistics. Claudia Matz will report to Robert Dischereit, Construction director at TCC Germany and Austria.
 
As director of Business Development, Tretiak will be responsible for sourcing new logistics development opportunities, budgeting, and underwriting new projects as well as overseeing projects from acquisition and concept stages, through design development to exit.
 
He joins TCC from P3 Logistics Parks, where he began as Development manager in 2016 and progressed to head of development and Lettings in Germany. Prior to this, Tretiak was a senior consultant at BNP Paribas Real Estate, and Asset and Leasing Manager at Pamera Asset Management (which has since been acquired by Barings).
 
In her new role as Senior Planning manager for TCC in Germany and Austria, Matz will be strengthening our construction and project management team and will be responsible for the planning and design process.
 
Prior to TCC, she was leader of Project Development and Expansion at Konsum Leipzig EG, where she oversaw a number of projects from reconstruction to creating new developments. She has also worked on several real estate investment projects from medical healthcare centres, residential, mixed-use, commercial, and marinas. Claudia has extensive experience in deploying a strategic process to achieve planning permission for various types of assets.
 
Moser will be responsible for sourcing new logistics development opportunities, leasing transactions and supporting our capital market team in his new role as senior development Manager at TCC Germany and Austria.
 
Moser joins TCC from Beos where he had been project manager since November 2020. He played a core role at Beos responsible for the whole life cycle of an asset, from acquisition to asset management and project development. Prior to this, he was an Asset manager at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. Within this role, he was responsible for the creation and execution of a five-year budget and strategy planning, along with the coordination and preparation of asset valuations.
