Dallas, Texas-headquartered property developer Trammell Crow Company (TCC) announced on Thursday that it has promoted David Neuman to president of its European operations effective January 1, 2022.
In this new role, he will oversee the firm’s European development businesses, including Telford Homes and European Logistics. He will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities to expand the firm’s development business into other product types throughout Europe. Neuman will be based in London.
‘We remain bullish on expanding our footprint both geographically throughout Europe and by product types,’ said Mike Lafitte, CEO of Trammell Crow Company. ‘Our occupier clients and capital partners have increased appetite to expand into and throughout Europe and we are confident in our ability to meet their needs with a healthy pipeline of development projects. I am confident that under David’s leadership, we will become the premier developer in Europe.’
Neuman joined the MidAtlantic office of TCC in 2006 and was promoted to managing director in 2020. While he has continued to lead a successful industrial development team throughout the MidAtlantic Region of the U.S., he played an integral role in the firm’s acquisition and integration of Telford Homes in London and launching our European logistics business earlier this year.
Jon Di-Stefano, CEO of Telford Homes (and his successor to be announced next year), and Ian Worboys, head of TCC’s European Logistics will report to Neuman. He will also join TCC’s Executive Committee and report to Lafitte.
