Syntrus seeks investors for student accommodation

Asset manager Syntrus Achmea is seeking investors for its student accommodation schemes.

Syntrus manages assets for institutional investors, and has built a portfolio of 1,200 student beds in the Netherlands, with a pipeline of 4,000 more.

‘It’s getting too big for us’, Rob Vester, a director with the firm told PropertyEU. ‘We’ve invested ourselves already and now we’re looking for co-investors to join us.’
