Swiss Life will accommodate buildings B/C comprising 6,907 m2 of refurbished office space (including 434 m2 of storage) and 100 parking spaces. In addition the insurer will occupy building D which consists of 2 ,577 m2 of refurbished office space, 119 m2 of storage and 40 parking spaces.

Savills advised Swiss Life acting with Swiss Life Immobilier at Building B/C while CBRE represented the client working with Swiss Life Immobilier at Building D. Swiss Life Immobilier also acts as portfolio property manager for Swiss Life.

Hervé Blanchet, head of Savills France, said: 'This deal is the second biggest transaction in Levallois Perret since the beginning of the year. It involved relocating an existing tenant to allow Swiss life to occupy this space and demonstrates excellent collaboration between agents for the benefit of their clients.'
