Swiss Life REIM has acquired the Cour Saint Eloi office building in the second arrondissement of Paris on behalf of one of its OPCI investment vehicles.
Financial details were not disclosed.
Built in the 1930s, the asset is located near Place de la Nation and offers 1,860 m2 of space as well as 20 parking spaces. The building is entirely leased to Tribunal du Contentieux et de l’Incapacité (TCI).
Notary firm Etude KL & Associés acted for the buyer, notary Frédéric Fortier advised the vendor.
BNP Paribas Real Estate and CBRE Global Private Solutions brokered the deal.
