Swiss Life Asset Managers has acquired Swedish-based real estate company Wilfast Förvaltning for an undisclosed price, boosting its presence in the Nordic region.
Wilfast, established in 1992, provides services for property and business management, leasing, transactions, and project development within real estate.
It manages 1.6 million m2 of commercial properties across Sweden, Denmark, and Finland worth an estimated SEK 20 bn (€1.8 bn).
Wilfast will continue operating under its brand shortly, transitioning to the Swiss Life Asset Managers brand over time. The Gothenburg office will remain active, ensuring continuity for employees and clients.
