Swiss Life Asset Managers has purchased an office asset in the Dutch city of Utrecht from a joint venture between private alternative investment firm Angelo Gordon and investment manager APF International.
Financial details were not disclosed, but according to the Dutch Land Registry, the purchase price was €18.7 mln.
The asset, known as The Grid, is located near the A28 motorway between Utrecht city centre and Utrecht Science Park and comprises 5,730 m2 of office space and 105 parking places. It was recently fully renovated and is let on long leases to multiple tenants.
