Hochtief Projektentwicklung has sold three care facilities in Germany to insurance company Swiss Life. The two sides agreed not to disclose the financial details of the transaction.

The facilities, located in the municipalities of Schollkrippen (Bavaria), Erlensee (Hesse) and Kippenheim (Baden-Württemberg), are being built by Hochtief Projektentwicklung as a cooperative venture. BeneVit will operate the three facilities which offer residential and nursing places for 215 senior citizens. The centres will create around 180 full- and part-time jobs and are due to open before the end of this year.

Hochtief said further joint projects are in the pipeline.
