Swiss Life Asset Managers’ European Healthcare Fund has entered the Spanish healthcare market with the acquisition of a nursing home in Aranjuez, Madrid.
The asset is a fully refurbished building located in Paseo del Deleite that totals 9,900 m2 and comprises 251 beds operated through a long-term lease by Domus Vi.
