SWF-backed GMP in talks to buy Madrid office tower
GMP, the Madrid-based private office landlord partly owned by Singapore's sovereign wealth fund GIC, is understood to be in exclusive negotiations with Spanish bank BBVA to acquire the Saint Gobain office tower for around €90 mln.
