Swedish insurance group AFA has acquired two office buildings in Stockholm from local development giant Skanska for a total of SEK 1 bn (EUR 110 mln).
Swedish insurance group AFA has acquired two office buildings in Stockholm from local development giant Skanska for a total of SEK 1 bn (EUR 110 mln).
The deal, which is expected to be completed in December, involves the Gångaren 16 and Gångaren 20 assets at Lindhagensterrassen. Newly developed Gångaren 16 offers 12,000 m2 of space and is 98%-let. It boasts a Platinum rating under LEED environmentally sustainable standards.
The 14,000 m2 Gångaren 20 asset is 93%-leased and includes a gym and a hotel.
