Sveafastigheter JV acquires Ibis hotel in Stockholm
Nordic private equity group Sveafastigheter has added its 17th hotel to its Fund III through the acquisition of the 190-room Ibis Stockholm Hägersten from Pandox AB. Financial details were not disclosed.
